01.SHIPPING

 

• Shipping cost are vary depending on the items and delivery address. [For shipping Japan nationwide, the shipping cost for Individual sold items (02.PARTS) will be additionally charged for 800 JPY on each delivery, and shipping cost for other items are for free.]  We may contact you via email for the delivery area to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
• Please note the delivery time and date cannot be specified. The estimated delivery date will be informed via email after the purchase.
• We cannot accept returns due to reasons such as being unable to carry it into the room. Customer must verify that items are deliverable into customer’s delivery location prior to purchase. *The item may be handover at the entrance on ground floor level if there is no elevator or the item cannot bring into the elevator. Additional fee may be applied for carrying in by stair route.

　

02.Return policy

 

It is subject of return if there is any defective found on the purchased item, or if you receive a product that is different from your order. We will accept merchandise return only when the return request is made within 5 days of the delivery date. Please note that the following cases are not accepted as a defective item and are exempt from liability.

• There may be variation of wood knot, color, wood grain and some scratch or dent on natural wood item, antique furniture and reused furniture. Also, based on our quality standard, some scratches may be retouched prior to the sales, and this will not be designated as defective item.
• Due to the character of product with various texture, each actual product may have different look on the item photo on the value of wood grain/growth ring/knot, fabric or leather pattern, reclaimed wood finish, antique finish. This will not be designated as defective item.
• The actual color and texture may vary from the look of item photo from the website. This will not be designated as defective item.
• All items are to be handled with care, but some items may have small damage (scratch, dent, peel and etc.) upon assembly/wrapping/delivery under unavoidable condition. These small damages that does not effect of use will not be designated as defective item.
• Any scratch or damages from the use by the customer is not designated as defective item.
